Blood Brother: Psychic Connection

Psychic Bond

It was a marvel for me to 're-discover' a hidden memory of childhood friends. I usually had to be with a person and they had to pull and pry to get any type of memory out of me concerning our past history together. One day I recalled a friend from childhood whom I had been 'blood brothers' with. (My family had lived close to my Grandparents for three years. He lived in a town away from my hometown.) I was all excited about recalling him and wanted to make plans to travel to visit him.

That night I had a dream with him in it. It was real and vivid and my other friend's spirit (the one who passed away) had been in the mix of the dream. My 'blood brother' told me it was best if we didn't renew our friendship in this life time. In the dream he knew about various matters pertaining to my amnesia and felt he would be a hindrance to my recovery. I wanted to know the 'dream' we were sharing was real and that the conversation was real. In the dream, he told me that he would take a note and put it under a rock at the spot we used to hang out as kids. That way I would know the spiritual conversation we had shared in our dreams together was real.

There was a joy and a sadness we shared in the dream. Sharing the 'dream in spirit' was a reminder to us both that our true friendship was eternal while the worldly 'blindness' was temporary. I was instructed to leave a note at the same location so his 'human mind' would be able to validate the dream as well. He told me in the dream that we had 'shared dream' conversations in our childhood together. There was a spiritual purpose in play and we had to walk different paths until we were able to meet again in the world beyond.

I traveled the 200 miles to the old town my family had once lived in and made my way to the spot I could recall playing at as a child. There was a note under the rock. My friend never told me what he was going to write in the note. It said,

"It was real. It was realer than real to me."

I wrote him a note back on the flip side and said,

"Thank you for everything."

This was not the only friend whom I had a 'telepathic' connection to in spirit - while both of us were alive. I learned that there was a connection that existed between friends and loved ones prior to any type of 'death' and it helped me understand how I was still able to communicate with two deceased friends who had passed on prior to my amnesia.

To me - it was nothing unusual and a part of my past.

Since I originally wrote this story - I have learned that my childhood friend passed away. I learned about his passing through an 'ADC' like experience.  See: Blood Brother ADC
