Cousin: (1967) I met my cousin when I was 7 years old and it was instant memories of a mystical bond established in a previous life. We spoke on the matter before sweeping it aside and leaving it behind.
Quarterback: (1972) My family moved and I transferred to a new school. There was an instant mystical attraction between a classmate and myself. The revelation hit us at the same time. We had shared a past life together.
Romeo: (1972) A classmate had been absent the week I transferred into the new school. When he returned to class - it was karma attraction all over again.
Joker: (1972) I met another karma connection in Junior High. I was having a hard time with handling two past life friends and we kept our friendship limited to the hallways hoping to get to know one another in the future.
Homeboy: (1974)My family moved again and I found myself in a new city and new school. Within a week of moving I met another reincarnated soulmate and a case that provided the most startling revelations about past lives and gender.
Comrade: (1974) Within a few weeks of meeting the first soulmate in the new city, another showed up and I was trying to juggled the friendships in an effort to avoid any rivalry.
Rival: (1974) The third one showed up and I avoided him and kept him at a distance. I wouldn't acknowledge the mystical connection and the profound feelings it brought. The positive feelings were turned inside out and a rivalry was established.

Summery

My cousin was only 4 or 5 years old when we met for the first time. We spoke of the past life connection in our childish way. We had disappeared for some time and my Aunt had to come looking for us. We had been talking about the spiritual undertow. My aunt was upset and I was trying to find words to explain. I looked for my cousin for help hand he said, "Taboo. Secret." My Aunt shook her head and asked where my cousin had learned a word like taboo. She asked if I had taught it to him. It had came from the 'spiritual voice' within and he had translated it. I had heard it and was confused how my Aunt could be sitting right beside us and not hear his inner voice as I had heard it. It was the first time the world was used to define conversation about a past life.

When I met my classmate and we established the fact there was intimate knowledge relating to a past life together - he wanted to talk to others and share the information and knowledge. I felt it was too sacred and intimate to share without other minds. I told him I wouldn't deny it but I wouldn't confirm it either. I had tried to talk about past lives for years with my family members and it seemed to be against customary beliefs regarding the subject. Over and over again I was told to keep it to myself.

I was shocked when other classmates came up and thanked me for allowing the story to be shared because it helped confirm their own insights to past lives. In our 6th grade class there were 30 students and the overwhelming majority made a confession to me that they had memories below the surface of their own minds.

In later case of childhood - it was considered a 'secret' of intimate knowledge meant for our minds only. It was not a subject matter we liked to discuss to 'outsiders.' In the 4th case, the secret got out and it became known in the neighborhood. We were confronted by our peers and he used the word taboo as in sacred or holy knowledge. This made if very hard to comprehend what the 'mystical connection' was about.

At the age of 15, I swore a promise that I would never speak of the matter again because of the headaches it caused me when I tried to learn from an adult perspective. I felt an adult mind would have access to teachings to help a young growing mind put this sort of mystical information in perspective.

I got to the point where I myself wanted to forget any and all information about a past life. I had enough trouble adopting to this life.

When it came to the common theme through the cases - there were always lessons to be learned. We established the fact that prior to birth - our souls had contracted an agreement to help teach one another some sort of lesson pertaining to life or spiritual truths.

As one 'soulmate' friend stated, "It isn't a matter so much for the mind as it is a matter for the inner heart. It is hard to put words to that."
