Case #12: Another Minstrel from Past

I met case #12 in a store I was a manager at. He applied for a job and I hired him. Within an hour, we had made arrangements for him to move in with me until he got his first check. It was a matter of minutes after we started talking that he mentioned reincarnation as an explanation for the 'buzz' that was going off inside of him.
